Blanper 95 Consulting SL is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data collected through the Leasingfy website and platform, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

7. International Data Transfers
We use Anthropic (USA) for AI-powered analytics, including the LISA AI chat feature. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Data is processed under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914
- Transfer Impact Assessments where required
- Only anonymised and aggregated market queries are sent to the AI provider
- No personal data or client proprietary data is shared with AI providers
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Demo request data: 24 months from last contact, unless a commercial relationship is established.
- User account data: for the duration of the account, plus any legally required retention period.
- Analytics data: 14 months (anonymised).

12. Data Protection Officer
Under Article 37 of the GDPR, the designation of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is mandatory for organisations that carry out large-scale systematic monitoring of individuals or process special categories of data on a large scale. Blanper 95 Consulting SL does not currently meet these criteria, as we primarily process business-to-business (B2B) contact data and aggregated market intelligence data that does not include special categories of personal data. We do not engage in large-scale systematic monitoring of individuals.

Blanper 95 Consulting SL es el responsable del tratamiento de sus datos personales recogidos a traves del sitio web y la plataforma de Leasingfy, de conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Organica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

5. Como Ejercer sus Derechos
Puede ejercer cualquiera de los derechos anteriores enviando un correo electronico a info@leasingfy.info con el asunto "Solicitud de Proteccion de Datos", incluyendo:
- Su nombre completo y direccion de correo electronico utilizada en la plataforma
- Una descripcion clara del derecho que desea ejercer
- Una copia de su documento de identidad (unicamente para fines de verificacion de identidad)
Responderemos a su solicitud en un plazo de 30 dias naturales desde su recepcion. Si la solicitud es compleja, este plazo podra prorrogarse otros 60 dias, en cuyo caso le notificaremos.

Todos los encargados estan vinculados por contratos de tratamiento de datos (DPA) conformes con el articulo 28 del RGPD.
7. Transferencias Internacionales de Datos
Utilizamos Anthropic (EE.UU.) para analitica impulsada por IA, incluyendo la funcionalidad de chat LISA AI. Cuando los datos personales se transfieran fuera del Espacio Economico Europeo (EEE), garantizamos que se aplican las salvaguardas adecuadas, incluyendo:
- Los datos se procesan bajo Clausulas Contractuales Tipo (CCT) de la UE conforme a la Decision de Ejecucion (UE) 2021/914
- Evaluaciones de impacto de transferencias cuando sea necesario
- Solo se envian consultas de mercado anonimizadas y agregadas al proveedor de IA
- No se comparten datos personales ni datos propietarios de clientes con proveedores de IA
8. Conservacion de Datos
- Datos de solicitud de demo: 24 meses desde el ultimo contacto, salvo que se establezca una relacion comercial.
- Datos de cuenta de usuario: durante la vigencia de la cuenta, mas el periodo de conservacion legalmente requerido.
- Datos analiticos: 14 meses (anonimizados).

De conformidad con el articulo 37 del RGPD, la designacion de un Delegado de Proteccion de Datos (DPD) es obligatoria para las organizaciones que realizan un seguimiento sistematico a gran escala de personas o tratan categorias especiales de datos a gran escala. Blanper 95 Consulting SL no cumple actualmente estos criterios, ya que procesamos principalmente datos de contacto de empresa a empresa (B2B) y datos agregados de inteligencia de mercado que no incluyen categorias especiales de datos personales. No realizamos un seguimiento sistematico a gran escala de personas.
