1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leasingfy website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Blanper 95 Consulting SL, CIF B16743148, with registered address at Calle Monte Alto, 52, 28250 Torrelodones (Madrid), Spain (the "Company").

2. Service Description

Leasingfy is a Data Intelligence as a Service (DIaaS) platform that provides:

• Comprehensive leasing, financing and used-vehicle market data across European markets
• Pricing analytics, residual value tracking and market benchmarks
• AI-assisted forecasts and competitive intelligence dashboards
• API access for data integration into third-party systems

The scope, features and pricing of the Service may change at any time as the platform evolves.

All market data is obtained through licensed feeds, public domain sources, partnerships, and aggregated analytics where legally permitted. We respect the terms of service and technical signals of third-party websites.

3. Early Access Disclaimer

The Service is currently in an Early Access phase. Users acknowledge and accept that:

• The platform is under active development and may contain bugs, errors or incomplete features.
• All data, analytics and forecasts are provided for informational purposes only.
• Accuracy metrics (including the illustrative 96.2% accuracy figure) are based on internal testing and benchmarking. They are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of future accuracy or performance.
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service during the Early Access period.
• Users should not rely solely on Leasingfy data for critical business, financial or investment decisions without independent verification.
• Data sources and coverage are subject to licensing agreements and applicable laws; accuracy and availability may vary based on third-party permissions and market changes.

4. Registration and User Accounts

Access to certain features of the Service requires registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service -- including software, algorithms, data models, database compilations, user interface designs, trademarks, logos and content -- are owned by Blanper 95 Consulting SL or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for their internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Service or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data.
• Sublicense, resell or redistribute data obtained from the platform.

6. User Data Licence

By uploading or submitting data to the Service (the "User Data"), you grant Blanper 95 Consulting SL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store and use such data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.

This licence does not transfer ownership of User Data to the Company. You retain all rights to your data. The Company will not sell, share or disclose User Data to third parties, except as required to provide the Service or as mandated by law.

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for the Service is as published on the Leasingfy website or as agreed in a separate commercial agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

During the Early Access period, certain features may be provided free of charge or at discounted rates. The Company is under no obligation to maintain such pricing after the Early Access period ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
• The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Service:

• User: by closing their account at any time through the platform or by contacting info@leasingfy.info.
• Company: by providing reasonable written notice, or immediately in case of breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, the User's right to access the Service ceases immediately. The Company may retain data as required by law or legitimate business interests, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain, unless a different jurisdiction is mandated by applicable consumer protection legislation.

1. Aceptacion de los Terminos

Al acceder o utilizar el sitio web y la plataforma de Leasingfy (el "Servicio"), usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Terminos y Condiciones ("Terminos"). Si no esta de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos Terminos, no debe utilizar el Servicio.

Estos Terminos constituyen un acuerdo juridicamente vinculante entre usted (el "Usuario") y Blanper 95 Consulting SL, CIF B16743148, con domicilio social en Calle Monte Alto, 52, 28250 Torrelodones (Madrid), Espana (la "Empresa").

2. Descripcion del Servicio

Leasingfy es una plataforma de Data Intelligence as a Service (DIaaS) que proporciona:

• Datos en tiempo real sobre leasing, financiacion y mercado de vehiculos de ocasion en mercados europeos
• Analitica de precios, seguimiento de valores residuales y benchmarks de mercado
• Previsiones asistidas por IA y cuadros de mando de inteligencia competitiva
• Acceso API para la integracion de datos en sistemas de terceros

El alcance, las funcionalidades y los precios del Servicio pueden cambiar en cualquier momento a medida que evoluciona la plataforma.

3. Exencion de Responsabilidad del Acceso Anticipado

El Servicio se encuentra actualmente en fase de Acceso Anticipado (Early Access). Los usuarios reconocen y aceptan que:

• La plataforma esta en desarrollo activo y puede contener errores, fallos o funcionalidades incompletas.
• Todos los datos, analisis y previsiones se proporcionan unicamente con fines informativos.
• Las metricas de precision (incluida la cifra ilustrativa del 96,2%) se basan en pruebas y comparativas internas. Son indicativas y no constituyen una garantia de precision o rendimiento futuros.
• La Empresa no garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del Servicio durante el periodo de Acceso Anticipado.
• Los usuarios no deben basarse unicamente en los datos de Leasingfy para decisiones empresariales, financieras o de inversion criticas sin verificacion independiente.

4. Registro y Cuentas de Usuario

El acceso a determinadas funcionalidades del Servicio requiere registro. Al crear una cuenta, usted se compromete a:

• Proporcionar informacion precisa, actual y completa.
• Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.
• Notificar inmediatamente a la Empresa cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.
• Aceptar la responsabilidad de toda la actividad que se produzca en su cuenta.

La Empresa se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que infrinjan estos Terminos o que permanezcan inactivas durante un periodo prolongado.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual del Servicio -- incluyendo software, algoritmos, modelos de datos, compilaciones de bases de datos, disenos de interfaz de usuario, marcas, logotipos y contenido -- son propiedad de Blanper 95 Consulting SL o de sus licenciantes.

Se concede a los usuarios una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para acceder y utilizar el Servicio para sus fines comerciales internos, sujeta a estos Terminos. Los usuarios no podran:

• Copiar, modificar, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas del Servicio o su contenido.
• Realizar ingenieria inversa, descompilar ni desensamblar ninguna parte de la plataforma.
• Utilizar herramientas automatizadas (scrapers, bots) para extraer datos.
• Sublicenciar, revender ni redistribuir datos obtenidos de la plataforma.

6. Licencia sobre los Datos del Usuario

Al cargar o enviar datos al Servicio (los "Datos del Usuario"), usted concede a Blanper 95 Consulting SL una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalias para procesar, almacenar y utilizar dichos datos unicamente con el fin de prestar y mejorar el Servicio.

Esta licencia no transfiere la titularidad de los Datos del Usuario a la Empresa. Usted conserva todos los derechos sobre sus datos. La Empresa no vendera, compartira ni revelara los Datos del Usuario a terceros, salvo en la medida necesaria para prestar el Servicio o cuando asi lo exija la ley.

7. Precios y Pagos

Los precios del Servicio son los publicados en el sitio web de Leasingfy o los acordados en un contrato comercial independiente. La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar los precios en cualquier momento, con un preaviso razonable a los suscriptores existentes.

Durante el periodo de Acceso Anticipado, determinadas funcionalidades pueden ofrecerse de forma gratuita o a precios reducidos. La Empresa no tiene obligacion de mantener dichos precios una vez finalizado el periodo de Acceso Anticipado.

8. Limitacion de Responsabilidad

En la maxima medida permitida por la legislacion aplicable:

• El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "segun disponibilidad", sin garantias de ningun tipo, ya sean expresas o implicitas.
• La Empresa no sera responsable de ningun dano indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, incluida la perdida de beneficios, datos u oportunidades de negocio.
• La responsabilidad total acumulada de la Empresa no excedera las cantidades abonadas por el Usuario en los doce (12) meses anteriores a la reclamacion.

9. Rescision

Cualquiera de las partes puede rescindir el uso del Servicio:

• Usuario: cerrando su cuenta en cualquier momento a traves de la plataforma o contactando con info@leasingfy.info.
• Empresa: mediante notificacion escrita razonable, o de forma inmediata en caso de incumplimiento de estos Terminos.

Tras la rescision, el derecho del Usuario a acceder al Servicio cesa de forma inmediata. La Empresa podra conservar los datos segun lo exija la ley o sus intereses comerciales legitimos, de conformidad con la Politica de Privacidad.

10. Modificaciones de los Terminos

La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Terminos en cualquier momento. Los cambios sustanciales se comunicaran por correo electronico o mediante un aviso en la plataforma. El uso continuado del Servicio tras dicha notificacion constituira la aceptacion de los Terminos revisados.

11. Legislacion Aplicable y Jurisdiccion

Estos Terminos se rigen por la legislacion espanola y de la Union Europea. Cualquier controversia derivada de o en relacion con estos Terminos se sometera a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid, Espana, salvo que la legislacion de proteccion al consumidor aplicable establezca una jurisdiccion diferente.
